Privacy Policy

This policy applies to La Coartada Mortal (Android package id: app.coartada.game), published on Google Play by Jisas Studio.

1. Introduction

This policy describes how the La Coartada Mortal app ("the App") handles information when you use it. La Coartada Mortal is a noir mystery where you interrogate AI-driven suspects. It runs on Capacitor as its native layer and does not require an email or password to play.

2. Data we do NOT collect

We do not ask for or store your real name, email address, or phone number. The App does not use a traditional username-and-password account system.

3. Anonymous account and progress (Firebase)

On first launch, the App creates an anonymous session via Firebase Authentication, with no email or password required. Your case progress, notes, and leaderboard position are saved against that anonymous identifier in Firebase Firestore, alongside local on-device storage (Capacitor) for the current session's immediate state. 4. AI-driven interrogations

The questions you type during interrogations are sent to the language-model provider that generates the suspect's reply. Do not enter personal data in the interrogation chat: type only questions related to the case.

5. In-app purchases

Unlocking the full game is a one-time purchase processed through Google Play. We use RevenueCat (@revenuecat/purchases-capacitor) as a technical intermediary, with server-side verification, to validate the purchase and allow it to be restored: since users are anonymous, the purchase is linked both to your anonymous Firebase identifier and to the device's Google Play account. The Studio never sees, receives, or stores your card or payment details. This app does not currently show Google AdMob advertising.

6. Children

La Coartada Mortal is a noir-toned mystery not specifically directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect data from people of that age.

7. Permissions

The App uses internet access for anonymous authentication, syncing your progress with Firebase, verifying the purchase through RevenueCat, and sending your interrogation questions to the language-model provider. It does not access contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or personal files.

8. Controlling your data

You can erase local progress by uninstalling the App. Since your server-side progress is linked to an anonymous identifier rather than your name or email, if you want us to delete your Firebase data, write to us with roughly when you played so we can locate and delete the matching identifier.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force, with its update date, will always be published here.
